Lomas and Pigeon's craftsment have decades of experience specialising in antique furniture repair and and furniture restoration and conservation. Whether you have a period piece of furniture or one from more modern times, we can advise.

We specialise in traditional hand finishes including French polishing, wax finishing, paint finishes etc.  Scratches and marks can sometimes be removed without the need to re-finish.  We are also able to provide modern spray finishing techniques if required.

As an Accredited member of the British Antique Furniture Restorers' Association, our work is of the highest standard,  Often, chairs and sofas, with age, become tired, worn and uncomfortable to sit on. Renewing the upholstery will bring it back to new. If you like what you have got, if you have a good frame and it does the job in the room, why get rid of it? We only use the highest quality materials and fillings and can advise you on which to use before fitting. We specialise in fabrics to give you a far greater choice than if you were buying new.
